Volunteer Opportunities


Thanks for considering these causes which are close to our hearts.

Coyote Hill Christian Children's Home is our current featured cause.  You can volunteer as a group or individual at Coyote Hill.  Some people volunteer for a day or just an hour; others on a regular basis. Their website lists these ideas:


Ideas for Group Projects:
  • Plan/play games with the kids 
  • Create/provide freezer meals 
  • Landscape and groundwork 
  • Deep cleaning the homes 
  • Come cook a meal for a home 
  • Organize a fundraiser 
  • Help with our events (Pancake Breakfast, Golf Tournament, Open House, Boots ‘n Bids)

Ideas for On-Going Volunteers:
  • Mentor a child 
  • Tutor after school 
  • Aid parents on field trips/sporting events or other family outings 
  • Partner with a family to cook meals, make freezer meals, plan activities, and help inside the home


Other volunteer opportunities you might consider:
  1. Donate items for children in foster care.  Angel Wings Clothing Closet is a non-profit clothing closet for children in foster care.  Angel Wings.accepts clothing sized new born to adult (new and used), prom dresses, graduation gowns, school supplies, accessories, diapers, wipes, baby accessories and hygiene products.  Visit their facebook page for more information.
